A talented Automation Sales Leader is sought after to drive sales growth and commercial success in the Netherlands.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our automation sales efforts in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the Netherlands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including integrators and end-users
- Provide sales support and guidance to internal teams, including sales engineering and marketing
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast to ensure accurate predictions and timely decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
- 5-10 years of experience in automated intralogistics sales, preferably with a focus on cranes and AS/RS systems
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Dutch market and customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Familiarity with Movu Robotics' products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert
- An attractive salary of €85,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience
