The Global Operations Support Specialist will play a key role in assisting with the arrangement of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, cars, and taxis for our international company. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates in hospitality management, travel management, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in corporate travel planning and cost-saving strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees and contractors traveling on business trips.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures to optimize travel expenses.
  • Maintain relationships with travel service providers and negotiate favorable rates and contracts.
  • Create detailed travel itineraries, including meeting schedules, transportation, and accommodation details.
  • Evaluate and recommend new travel vendors and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to travel planning and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Travel Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with travel booking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborative work style and ability to work with team members and other departments.
