About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Controller to join our team at ECCO. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our ESG data and disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an internal control framework for ESG data collection, reporting, and verification.
  • Design and implement data quality management procedures to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in ESG reporting requirements.
  • Review and approve all ESG disclosures before submission to stakeholders or regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement internal audit procedures for ESG data and reporting processes.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in ESG reporting or related areas.
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
