Customer Service Liaison

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, collaborate in project and account management, and play a crucial role in the order management process. This diverse position involves extensive interaction with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring customer orders and alerting operations, planning, and process engineering to potential risks and issues.
- Providing timely updates on order status and preparing samples as required.
- Facilitating customer requests according to established standards.
- Evaluating customer specifications and implementing process optimizations based on those specifications.
- Establishing and maintaining lasting relationships with customers while identifying new opportunities.
- Supporting the regional manager in technical matters and preparing quotations.
- Handling customer complaints effectively.
Requirements for this role include:
- A Bachelor's degree in commerce, with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Proficiency in CRM and experience with SAP, preferably.
- A customer-centric attitude and ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain a broad perspective.
