Job Summary

Hazera Seeds is seeking a highly skilled Seed Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing seed productions domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise seed productions from pre-commercial to commercial levels
  • Manage stock seed increases and commercial seed productions
  • Initiate new ways to improve production results
  • Internal reporting and administration
  • Coordinate multiple production processes

Requirements

  • Agriculture technician degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong affinity with agriculture and technical growing experience
  • Knowledge of seed production and MS Office, ERP systems
  • Communicative, decisive, and team player
