Customer Support Specialist - Benelux

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Benelux team. As a key member of our Technical Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to our clients in the Benelux region.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers dealing with issues or questions about our tool. You'll need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to adapt your communication style to the knowledge level of the customer, and provide quality responses based on the possibilities of our tool and the customer's needs.

Our ideal candidate is a team player who loves to help customers and colleagues alike. You'll work independently on customer requests, taking accountability for resolving issues and providing excellent support. Some practical requirements include:

  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level), with a good command of English;
  • Availability for at least 4 days a week (32 hours);
  • Living in (or close to) Utrecht, or willingness to move;
  • Previous experience with technical support, preferably in IT or E-commerce, is a plus.
