Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at 3devo. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer and partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clear and concise solutions
- Document common issues and best practices to improve our internal knowledge base
- Develop and deliver training materials to educate partners on product usage and troubleshooting
- Assist with pre-sales inquiries and provide administrative support
- Collaborate with the team to gather insights and suggest enhancements to our support platform
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Experience in creating presentations and training materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Salary between €2400 and €3400, depending on experience
