We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our software. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to enthuse customers and ensure loyalty.
- Native Dutch proficiency, with fluent English skills.
- A communicative and positive mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
