Workforce Administration Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences? Do you have a knack for providing expert solutions and support in workforce administration? We're seeking a highly skilled Workforce Administration Representative to join our HR Solutions team in Terneuzen, Netherlands.

About the Role

As a Workforce Administration Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will be the key point of contact for workforce administration inquiries, providing expert solutions and support to employees and leaders in the EMEAI region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle HR inquiries and provide solutions to employees and people leaders
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and follow up on WFA processes
  • Maintain compliance and documentation of work processes, guidelines, and procedures

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and good verbal and reading skills in German
  • Availability of 32 hours per week
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or other HRIT systems is preferred
  • Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Customer service mindset
