We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. in Zoeterwoude. As a key member of our energy engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that facilitate the shift to renewable energy sources in industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will:
- Lead the development of energy solutions that optimize electrical drive systems for industrial applications.
- Collaborate closely with our sales managers to provide technical insights and propose innovative solutions to clients.
- Work closely with our engineering team to oversee projects from conception to commissioning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in energy technology and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in our solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in large electrical drive systems, including HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, harmonic filters, cooling systems, and electric motors.
- Strong passion for energy generation and storage systems, automation, and digitalization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French a plus.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

We offer a competitive monthly salary between 5000-7000 euro gross, based on your experience and education.
