Senior Energy Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. in Zoeterwoude. As a key member of our energy engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that facilitate the shift to renewable energy sources in industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will:
- Lead the development of electrical drive systems for energy solutions, covering HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, harmonic filters, cooling systems, and electric motors.
- Collaborate closely with our sales managers to provide insights into challenges and propose innovative solutions during client meetings.
- Work closely with a tight-knit team of engineers, project managers, and bid managers to oversee projects from conception to commissioning.
- Enjoy a diverse workload, spanning from initial quotations to project realization and commissioning stages.
- Apply your expertise in electrical drive systems to innovate and optimize energy solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Electronics, or Sustainable Energy.
- Proficiency in large electrical drive systems, covering HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, harmonic filters, cooling systems, and electric motors.
- Passion or experience in fields like electrification, energy generation and storage systems, automation, and digitalization.
- A flexible and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to work on-site, including international travel.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive monthly salary between 5000-7000 euro gross based on your experience and education. Working Conditions
We offer a minimum of 25 holidays and 8.33% holiday allowance. You will also have the opportunity to work on-site, including international travel, and will be required to undergo certain pre-employment screening checks as part of this vacancy procedure.
