Key Responsibilities- Identify, plan, and implement necessary process updates to ensure seamless tendering processes;
- Assemble and lead expert groups, fostering engagement and purpose to drive business outcomes;
- Support expert groups in (re)writing BAM Practices where needed to ensure consistency and quality;
- Maintain and enhance BAM Connect Tender support pages for tender teams to ensure easy access to information;
- Oversee all Tender Assurance processes and manage interdependencies to ensure efficient operations;
- Collaborate on CRM improvements and contribute to KPI development and quality monitoring to drive business growth.
You will work closely with the Tender Assurance Director to provide crucial input for our Stage Gate process. As part of a 5-person Tender Assurance team, you will help implement our work-winning policy across BAM and all tenders.
What We Offer- A salary between 4,700,- and 5,880,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience;
- Good secondary employment conditions in accordance with the Construction and Infrastructure collective labor agreement, such as a budget for sustainable employability (2,18%), variable compensation, 25 vacation days, 15 schedule free days, and 3 short-term absenteeism days per calendar year;
- Reimbursement of your travel costs (100% public transport or a kilometer allowance), laptop, and iPhone;

- You have a completed university (BSC/Master) degree;
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of tendering, business, or project management processes;
- You have experience with the development and implementation of (tender) processes and related business controls;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal;
- You have elementary Power BI skills and/or are willing to learn.
