Job Title: Electrical Engineering and Assembly Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering and Assembly Foreman to join our team at Resato Hydrogen Technology BV. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 12 Assembly employees and ensuring that they perform optimally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Substantive controlling component
  • Work carried out properly and employees properly trained
  • Close collaboration with Assembly Manager and Installation Coordinator
  • Planning orders and discussing problems and solutions
  • Participate in working groups to speed up assembly work
  • Checking work for clarity and completeness
  • Random checks and providing feedback to Engineering department
  • Complete administrative handling of internal test protocols and maintain time administration
  • Leading the team, dividing work, giving instructions, and motivating employees
  • Enforcing operating, maintenance, occupational health and safety regulations and monitoring quality and quantity of work
Requirements:
  • MBO 4 education in electrical engineering, installation technology, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
  • Managerial capabilities and experience as a manager in an assembly environment
  • Great sense of responsibility and flexible attitude
  • Enjoy working in a team and know how to motivate and enthuse team members
  • Good command of Dutch and English language (advantage)
