Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge in the field of electrical engineering and assembly?

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Foreman to join our team at Resato Hydrogen Technology BV.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 12 assembly employees and ensuring that they perform optimally. You will be responsible for substantive controlling components and ensuring that work is carried out properly and employees are properly trained.

You will work closely with the Assembly Manager and Installation Coordinator to plan orders and discuss any problems and solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking work for clarity and completeness
  • Carrying out random checks and providing feedback to the Engineering department in case of any deviations
  • Ensuring complete administrative handling of internal test protocols and maintaining time administration
  • Leading the team, dividing work, giving instructions, and motivating employees
  • Ensuring enforcement of operating, maintenance, occupational health and safety regulations and monitoring the quality and quantity of work

We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Foreman and an Assembly Foreman who want to grow within our organization with great enthusiasm and initiative.

Requirements include:

  • MBO 4 education in electrical engineering, installation technology, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
  • Managerial capabilities and experience as a manager in an assembly environment
  • Great sense of responsibility and flexible attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and motivate and enthuse team members
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (advantage)
