This role reports directly to the Sales Director Indirect Markets EMEA and is based in the Netherlands. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners across the region, driving sales growth and achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and agree on yearly purchasing quotas with channel partners, ensuring accountability for achieving quarterly and yearly sales results.
  • Develop and sustain healthy business relationships with channel partners, driving them to achieve yearly sales quotas.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate market opportunities, translating them into executable actions and activities in collaboration with the team.
  • Work with channel partners and the Bioventus team to develop and execute marketing and medical education activities that drive revenue growth.
  • Attend local, national, and regional exhibitions and scientific congresses with channel partners.
  • Prepare quarterly regional overviews and next quarter's business outlook.
  • Ensure compliance with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in English and another European language required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel partner management.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
