This position will report to the Sales Director for Indirect Markets in EMEA and offers the flexibility to be based in various locations within the region. The selected candidate will be tasked with establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective channel partners of Bioventus in the designated area. Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and finalizing annual purchasing targets with channel partners, holding oneself accountable for meeting quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Fostering and maintaining robust business relationships with Bioventus channel partners to help them achieve their annual targets.
- Identifying, analyzing, and assessing market opportunities, converting them into actionable strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Collaborating with channel partners and the Bioventus team to devise and implement necessary marketing and educational initiatives to drive additional revenue.
- Participating alongside Bioventus channel partners in local, national, and regional trade shows and scientific conferences.
- Preparing quarterly regional summaries and forecasts for the upcoming business period.
- Ensuring compliance with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies, procedures, and internal controls relevant to the role.
- Performing other assigned responsibilities as needed.

- A degree in Business Development or a related scientific field; an MBA is preferred.
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing channel partnerships.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
