About the Role

TenneT is a leading energy transition company, driving the shift towards a sustainable future. We are seeking a highly skilled CSR Reporting Specialist to join our team in Arnhem, contributing to our strategic ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business in collecting and reporting non-financial performance information for quarterly and year-end reporting.
  • Guide the organization in improving non-financial reporting processes and related systems, ensuring efficient Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of TenneT's Integrated Annual Report and other reports, aligning with relevant reporting requirements.
  • Support the business in collecting and providing required documentation for external auditor procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sustainability reporting regulations, ensuring proper application within TenneT.
  • Collect and report required information for CSR/ESG ratings.
Requirements
  • Academic working and thinking level, with a relevant university degree in sustainability, business economics, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in driving non-financial reporting forward, with a strong motivation and belief in inspiring others.
  • Knowledge of integrated reporting, including EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and CSDDD.
  • Result-oriented with a critical attitude towards results, process, and quality.
  • Background in auditing/assurance on sustainability information is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with independence, initiative, and team work ability.
  • Business fluency in English and Dutch.
