As an Associate Coordinator at Applied Medical, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Document administration: You will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are properly managed and maintained, including payments, contracts, and request forms.
  • Travel coordination: You will assist with coordinating travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and planning logistics. You will also be responsible for submitting expense reports and reimbursements in accordance with our internal processes.
  • Collateral management: You will create, update, and maintain product-related collateral and congress materials, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Product support: You will provide support with maintaining, pushing, and organizing product collateral within Vablet.
  • Meeting organization: You will assist with organizing meetings with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and that the meetings run smoothly.
  • Shared location management: You will be responsible for updating and maintaining relevant shared locations and communication channels, such as folder structures, OneNote, Teams channels, and trackers.
  • Project support: You will provide support with organization-wide projects as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree level or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related role
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications, such as SAP or PLM, and additional technical sites
  • Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of more European languages is preferred
