Business Development Representative Opportunity

About the Role
Infront is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Germany. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of identifying and connecting with potential customers who can benefit from our WealthTech solutions.
This role is critical for our sales career growth, and we invest significantly in developing our SDRs. We dedicate time and energy to equipping them with skills and knowledge that will fuel their entire careers.
We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to work in an international environment. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, a sales enthusiast mentality, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Build relationships with prospects and explain complex solutions clearly.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to deliver results.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Enthusiast: Motivated by building relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
- Curiosity and Resilience: Loves learning and can handle rejection without losing enthusiasm.
- Strong Communicator: Quickly engages people and explains complex solutions clearly.

Salary Range: €50,000 - €70,000 per year (dependent on experience).
