We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to contribute to our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in enabling and implementing continuous delivery, preventing technical debt, and motivating the team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement continuous delivery using tools such as Jenkins and ArgoCD to ensure seamless deployment of software.
- Proactively identify and address potential technical debt to maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Motivate the team to deliver results that meet or exceed expectations by fostering a culture of critical thinking and decision-making.
- Ensure the team adheres to industry standards and best practices during development, optimizing the use of Python frameworks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to software architecture and technical designs, providing expertise and guidance to the team.
- Strong experience in Python development, with a focus on continuous delivery and technical debt prevention.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong understanding of agile startup methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work modes (onsite or hybrid).
