We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Fulfillment Specialist. As a key member of our financial administration team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our financial processes and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Fulfillment Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying and processing approximately 1000 invoices daily with high accuracy
  • Improving our financial systems and processes to increase efficiency
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in financial roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages
