Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Samsung. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales through our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute business plans and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with marketing and product management.
  • Meet assigned monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline/accurate forecast.
  • Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with partners to build strong partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions.
  • Train and assist channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Understand the organizational structure of our partners.
  • Focus on building our credibility, brand value, and trust with partners.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com for contacts, conversations, emails, notes, tasks, demos, and other relevant information.
  • Be proactive in continuously assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs.
  • Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and incentives to ensure compliance and optimize partner satisfaction and performance.
