We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector I to join our team at Sonoco. As a Quality Inspector I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Verify measurements performed by production personnel and declare QA documents accordingly.
- Perform line checks and record measurements in accordance with QA protocols.
- Collect reference samples and release or block production as necessary.
- Prepare blockage reports and communicate with the QA Manager.
- Participate in quality assurance projects and provide training to employees.
- Supervise test sprays and validations, and report findings to the QA Manager.
- Ensure quality control of assigned product groups and maintain quality standards.
- Identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge of measurement techniques and MS-Office.
- Thorough knowledge of quality execution and MBO working and/or thinking level.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer-friendly and proactive attitude.
