Senior Aftermarket Commercial Manager

Destinus is seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to lead our aftermarket operations. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the commercial success of our aftermarket activities.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial activities, negotiating with customers, and monitoring project progress. You will be responsible for setting up and closing new LTSA contracts, maintaining and managing the commercial part of the LTSA contracts, and establishing service agreements with our partners.
You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, fostering cooperation among team members, and identifying and managing commercial risks. Additionally, you will create and maintain a healthy relationship with customers, promote Destinus, and provide clear communication both internally and externally.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Highly developed attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills.
