As a Technical Support Specialist F&B at Ecolab, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in the Dairy industry. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field of sanitation and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field support and troubleshooting for customer sanitation and related problems.
- Support the local Sales/Service Representative, Contract Managers or Corporate Account Manager to provide specific application support for products and programs.
- Provide advanced training for Food & Beverage personnel and customers in sanitation programs, technical application of sanitation products and methods of problem solving.
- Provide effective, accurate, courteous, and prompt consultation and routine phone technical service to both internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- A 5-year degree or equivalent in the field of Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or Food Processing.
- 5 to 10 years' experience in the Dairy industry and familiarity with terms as CIP, cheese mould cleaning, OPC and EMP.
- Solid knowledge of basic chemistry and microbiology.
- Good writing and reporting skills.
- Good English language skills in writing and speaking.
- Driver license.
