Senior Project Coordinator

At SGS, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Administrator to join our team in Delft. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for project administration, ensuring the smooth execution of projects across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reporting financial project results, including WIP, UBR, and deferred revenue calculation.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly project progress calculation analysis and KPIs.
  • Monitoring the operational financial performance of projects.
  • Providing day-to-day support regarding project administration, order intake, invoicing, and project budget controlling.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of project bookings and records, and schedules for payment.
  • Providing feedback for accounts receivables.
  • Supporting internal and external audits regarding projects and accounting.
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system, and assisting in the implementation of policies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (preferably at a high level).
  • Finance and accounting experience is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles or broad knowledge in project business.
  • Good or advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Skills: analysis ability, accuracy, good communication and interaction ability.
  • Tools: Experience with ERP (ideally IONBIZ) would be an advantage.
  • Languages: Perfect command of English and preferably Dutch.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and be results-oriented with a hands-on attitude in a dynamic environment.
