Client Support Specialist for Benelux

Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing daily operations within the customer service division, catering to both B2C and B2B sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily customer service operations for B2C and B2B markets.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Provide essential information to patients and healthcare providers when necessary.
- Manage escalations and serve as the primary contact for the team, internal departments, and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Perform customer service representative duties with a high level of proficiency when required.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- HBO level education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles.
