Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing daily operations within the customer service division, catering to both B2C and B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily customer service operations for B2C and B2B markets.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide essential information to patients and healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Manage escalations and serve as the primary contact for the team, internal departments, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Perform customer service representative duties with a high level of proficiency when required.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • HBO level education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles.
