Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - Netherlands to join our team at Gerflor, a leading international company in the flooring industry.

About the Role

  • Develop and manage sales success in the industrial sector in the Netherlands, with a focus on Life Science/Pharmaceuticals and High Tech customers.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with end-users, designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Industry Segment Team and Account Managers in NL to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Gerflor's product solutions, including flooring, wall protection, cleanroom, ESD, and accessories.
  • Establish a key contractor network to provide installation and service guidance to end-users.
  • Conduct market research and report trends and requirements to segment management and R&D.
  • Represent Gerflor at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience in the Life Science, ESD, or Industrial Flooring industry.
  • Proven experience in business development and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proactive sales approach with strong networking skills and ability to develop long-term business relationships.
  • Structured working approach with ability to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
