The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining daily contact with customers around the world, ensuring excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and order confirmations.
  • Manage order processing.
  • Maintain written and verbal communication with both internal and external clients regarding technical and commercial aspects.
  • Monitor delivery times in consultation with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
  • Provide administrative and commercial support to Account Managers.
  • Assist the commercial team with marketing activities.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a balance of being entrepreneurial and service-oriented, with strong commercial, communication, and administrative skills. A few years of work experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment, is preferred. Knowledge of and experience with modern software packages (Exact) is also a plus.

About the Employer

Our client is a specialist in homogenizers, providing services and parts to the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Based in Hilversum, our client has sales offices in China, Shanghai, and Singapore. The machines are designed and built in-house. Parts are supplied from stock, and service is provided internationally. Our client's customers are renowned companies such as Nestlé, FrieslandCampina, Shell, and Abbott, located on all continents.
