The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing quotations, processing orders, and communicating delivery schedules. You will maintain daily contact with customers around the world, ensuring excellent service and support. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing quotations and order confirmations.
  • Managing order processing.
  • Maintaining written and verbal communication with both internal and external clients regarding technical and commercial aspects.
  • Monitoring delivery times in consultation with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
  • Providing administrative and commercial support to Account Managers.
  • Assisting the commercial team with marketing activities.
  • Coordinating transportation logistics.

The Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a balance of entrepreneurial and service-oriented skills, strong commercial, communication, and administrative skills. You should have a few years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical environment. A completed vocational (MBO) education in a technical or commercial field is also required. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

The Employer

Our client is a specialist in homogenizers, providing services and parts to the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Based in Hilversum, our client has sales offices in China, Shanghai, and Singapore. The machines are designed and built in-house. Parts are supplied from stock, and service is provided internationally. Our client's customers are renowned companies such as Nestlé, FrieslandCampina, Shell, and Abbott, located on all continents.
