Key Responsibilities- Communications & Event Management (50%)
- Develop and execute a multi-channel communication strategy that enhances the brand reputation, visibility, and impact of Euclid Network, our members, and initiatives.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
- Manage media relations and achieve coverage in key publications.
- Plan and co-organise high-level and impactful events, including hybrid, virtual, and in-person conferences, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Analyse engagement metrics, monitoring marketing, dissemination, communications, and social media performance, and prepare detailed reports for project reporting, to inform our strategy and improve outreach efforts.
- Project Management (50%)
- Lead or co-lead the communications efforts within various Euclid Network projects, coordinating with project partners and stakeholders to effectively communicate key achievements, research outcomes, and policy recommendations, in line with the Euclid Network's wider strategic objectives.
- Develop project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
- Oversee the execution of project activities, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
- Support in the preparation of reporting to funders and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with team members, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure effective implementation of project activities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and fluency in English.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans.
- Skilled in creating and disseminating high-quality content across various platforms, including reports, videos, articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Experience in planning and organising events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
- Ability to coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful event execution.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, email marketing, particularly on Mailchimp, and social media management.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of Euclid Network and project communication strategies.
- Proficiency in working with design tools such as Adobe InDesign and Canva is beneficial.
- Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and team members in an international environment.
- Alignment with Euclid Network's vision, mission, and core values.
- Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining high standards of integrity.
- Excellent cooperation skills and team player.
- Experience and knowledge of the Social Economy, Social Enterprise, Social Innovation would be an advantage.

Euclid Network offers a competitive salary and additional benefits. We provide 31 days of annual leave, next to public holidays. Euclid Network offers a hybrid working environment, working partially from the office in The Hague and partially from home or other locations (abroad). Euclid Network employees receive an excellent private pension scheme, employee insurance, and travel allowance. Each employee is provided with a MacBook and iPhone, or can consider using their own preferred devices. We are open to discussing a 0.8 FTE role (32 hours). We offer an initial 1-year contract, with a possibility for extension of the contract in future.
