Media Rights Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Rights Administrator to join our team at AMC Networks. As a key member of our international content distribution team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AMC-owned or AMC-licensed content to third-party clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with multiple language facilities to ensure timely delivery of content in accordance with client specifications.
- Manage the ordering and collection of video and audio assets, foreign language files, metadata, and supplemental paperwork for AMC-owned content.
- Oversee inbound asset deliveries, quality control processes, and archive foreign language assets for AMC Networks.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of requested content to clients according to agreed delivery terms and timelines.
- Provide support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and legal, to fulfill international sales deals successfully.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and plan accordingly while managing multiple global content premieres.
- Detail-oriented mentality and ability to accurately interpret data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function in a cross-cultural environment.
- Experience working with various CMS systems, OTT landscape, and digital media.
- Familiarity with distribution systems such as Aspera / Signiant, Media Shuttle, and (s)FTP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac/PC knowledge.
