Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at the ICC's General Services Section. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including managing soft services, hospitality contracts, and IT tools. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, enabling our staff to focus on their critical work in promoting international justice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in facility management, operations management, and administration in the building management and/or hospitality/conference business.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing soft services, projects, and contracts management.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead and motivate a tight-knit team.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Office software.
  • Knowledge of administrative, budgetary, and financial practices and procedures.
