Job Title: Head Contract Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Contract Management professional to lead our Contract Management team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the team, building relationships with our partners, and providing insights to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Contract Management team, including team leads and direct reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our partners, including work providers and pension funds.
  • Collaborate with our data analysts to provide insights to our stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting of incoming premiums and outgoing costs.
  • Work with other leaders and specialists to develop new proposals and service concepts.
  • Contribute to the optimization of our systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or financial field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a senior role in a similar position at a life insurance company, disability insurance company, or pension fund organization.
  • Diploma in Authorized Representative or willingness to obtain it within a short period.
  • Experience in people and project management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
