Head Contract Management

In het MT Operations is de positie van Head Contract Management vacant. In deze functie geef je leiding aan het team Werkgevers en aan het team Pensioenfondsen/Volmachten.

Taken
  • Leiding geven aan het team Werkgevers en Pensioenfondsen/Volmachten;
  • Relatiemanagement richting onze partners;
  • Samenwerken met onze data analisten om inzichten te verschaffen;
  • Adequate financiële verantwoording van de inkomende premies en uitgaande kosten;
  • Samenwerken met andere leidinggevenden en specialisten aan nieuwe proposities en bedieningsconcepten;
  • Input leveren voor het verder optimaliseren van onze systemen en processen.
Requisieten
  • HBO/WO-opleiding in bedrijfskundige of financiële richting;
  • Meer dan vijf jaar ervaring op senior niveau in een vergelijkbare positie bij een levensverzekeraar, arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekeraar of pensioenuitvoeringsorganisatie;
  • Diploma Gevolmachtigd Agent of bereid om dit op korte termijn te halen;
  • Ruime people- en projectmanagement ervaring;
  • Dienstverlening zit in je genen, je bent organisatorisch sterk, probleemoplossend en besluitvaardig;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
