Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be on generating outbound leads for our sales team. This role is vital for our commercial success and offers a rewarding opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in software sales. You will:

  • Drive the generation of highly qualified sales leads for our Connectivity Platform, including SMS, Business Messaging API for Rich Channels like WhatsApp and RCS, Voice, and One-Time Passwords.
  • Research and identify prospective customers, demonstrating how CM can deliver value, and qualify leads through outbound calls, personalized emails, and videos, as well as social selling techniques.
  • Become proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to systematically achieve your objectives and improve daily.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess budget considerations during discussions with potential clients.
  • Collaborate on local and international events through targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
