About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Maintenance Engineer - Quality to join our team at Janssen Biologics BV, part of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate non-conformances and CAPAs to ensure timely resolution and prevention of recurrence.
- Assist with change control coordination, ensuring technical compliance and administrative accuracy.
- Provide quality reviews of job orders and Truvault document routing.
- Assist with training and curriculum content reviews.
Requirements:
- Relevant MBO-4 diploma with 3 years' experience in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or Engineering and Technical subjects.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office and SAP.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and organized with ability to work independently and in a team.
- High degree of accuracy and quality attitude.
- Analytical thinking and stress-resistant.
