Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Client Solutions
Oversee the comprehensive delivery of high-quality Microsoft Dynamics (365 / AX / CRM / Office 365) technology transformation projects for international clients, whether as standalone engagements or as part of larger technology initiatives. - Provide strategic advice on enterprise solutions, assisting clients in optimizing their business processes and leveraging the full benefits of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Guide clients through the transformational journey associated with Microsoft Dynamics, focusing on enterprise and customer operating models, service delivery, mobility, and process execution.
Business Development Initiatives
In this role, you will also:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client accounts.
- Support business development efforts, including proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.
- Contribute to the creation of tailored Microsoft Dynamics offerings that resonate with international clients.
- Expand the reach of Microsoft Dynamics solutions by collaborating with other senior leaders across the organization.
Practice Development
Your role will also involve:
- Fostering the growth of the Microsoft Dynamics practice through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Enhancing the broader Technology Consulting practice through development initiatives and training.
- Mentoring junior team members to aid their professional growth.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals with:
- Extensive experience in large-scale, international Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage international teams effectively.
- A high degree of cultural awareness and adaptability across diverse geographies.
- Creative problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Technical Expertise
Ideal candidates will possess:
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management processes.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally is essential, with expectations of approximately three days per week.
