About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Health Safety Environment Manager to join our team in Assen, Netherlands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading cultural and behavioral change, driving best practices, and nurturing an environment that prioritizes high standards of working.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with manual workers, managers, and suppliers on Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety matters.
- Conduct risk assessments on manufacturing and processing equipment.
- Develop and maintain clear guidance for all employees.
- Provide reporting and guidance to the wider business.
- Deliver toolbox talks and training as required.
- Maintain our Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
