Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Trials Associate to join our team at Leiden Bio Science Park. As a Clinical Trials Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including clinical trial protocols and informed consent forms.
- Coordinate with investigators, research staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient trial conduct.
- Monitor and report on trial progress, including data collection and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
- Experience in clinical trials, research, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
