Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, business, and other stakeholders to ensure IT services meet service level agreements, business objectives, resources, and quality.
  • Assess customer feedback to facilitate necessary improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer communication.
  • Strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to act as a consultant, advisor, customer advocate, and project leader for clients.
  • Spanish and Dutch language proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
