Your Role & Impact

The purpose of this role is to empower commercial teams with data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and optimize operational performance.

  • Collaborate closely with commercial teams to translate business questions into actionable analyses and develop recommendations to drive business results.
  • Define, develop, and monitor key metrics to measure operational performance and business outcomes, and identify drivers for changes in these metrics.
  • Ensure business questions are addressed in the most effective format, including ad-hoc deep-dives, recurring analyses, dashboards, and self-serving tools.
  • Empower stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights via dashboards and self-serving tools, in close collaboration with the Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that support operational business processes.
  • Support commercial team OKR planning and measurement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing analytical processes and methodologies.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent role with a strong data/analytics component.
  • Analytical mindset, combined with good business sense and orientation.
  • Good communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
  • Self-starter with strong project and time management skills.
  • Proficient in SQL and Google Sheets, and experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (Python, R, etc.) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech company is a plus.
