Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the BeNeLux market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in this high-growth region, leveraging your sales expertise to attract new business and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads, setting the foundation for long-term growth">
  • Lead every stage of the sales process from initial outreach to close, focusing on startups and SMBs in BeNeLux">
  • Generate leads independently through cold calling, networking, research, and territory management to establish a strong presence">
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression, regardless of deal size, building trust and loyalty with each customer">
  • Cordinate for customer success, working closely with our customer service and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction, setting customers up for success from day one">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales-focused, customer-facing role with a proven track record of top performance, ideally in a B2B (SaaS) environment">
  • Demonstrated experience selling to SME clients, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering customer value">
  • Resourcefulness, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet">
  • Exceptional communication skills, with superior verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English">
  • Adaptability and drive, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment">
