Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly driven Country Sales Manager for Be Ne Lux to lead our expansion efforts in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to own their market, build meaningful relationships, and deliver value to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding Simbase's footprint in Be Ne Lux, leveraging their sales expertise to attract new business and drive growth. They will work closely with our international team to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead identification, nurturing, and conversion.
- Owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, focusing on startups and SMBs in Be Ne Lux.
- Generate leads independently through cold calling, research, and territory management.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and tailored solutions.
- Closely work with our customer service and support teams to ensure customer success from day one.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales-focused, customer-facing roles with a proven track record of top performance.
- Demonstrated experience selling to SME clients, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering customer value.
- Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Adaptability and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
As a Country Sales Manager for Be Ne Lux, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) matching program, and generous paid time off.
