Regional Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team in the Randstad/West region of the Netherlands.
About the RoleThis is a field-based position where you will be responsible for managing accounts and providing added value offerings to key stakeholders, supporting them to improve patient care. You will also evaluate sales performance and implement territory-specific activities while managing interactions with stakeholders based on priorities and required business needs.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing account plans for the defined region, identifying and prioritizing key stakeholders and influencers, and engaging with stakeholders across multiple channels to optimize their experience through data-driven insights.
You will work closely with stakeholders to develop business cases to drive profitable business growth, leverage and communicate data to customers, and present a unified front to customers, building long-term relationships while achieving short-term revenue objectives.
Requirements- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Biology, Life Sciences, or similar.
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- An existing network and expertise in the diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and cardiology therapeutic area.
- Strong expertise in strategic account management.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
As a Regional Account Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, you can expect a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your seniority and skills, plus an annual bonus, 8% holiday pay, and a company pension scheme.
