Role Overview What are the key responsibilities?
As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel. You will serve as the primary contact for guests, addressing their requests, concerns, and feedback. Your role involves leading and inspiring the team while collaborating with various departments to exceed guest expectations creatively. Additionally, you will be part of the emergency response team and will be responsible for documenting incidents involving guests and staff.
You will assist colleagues across departments during peak times and create delightful surprises for our guests.
Candidate ProfileWhat qualifications are we looking for?
- A degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with knowledge of an additional language being a plus;
- A creative thinker who remains calm under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Flexibility to work shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00, with an understanding of the need for occasional extended hours in hospitality;
- Availability to work at least 3 days a week, including weekends.
