Global Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Assistant to support our Global Sales Director in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in management support, with a strong background in calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar of the Global Sales Director, ensuring timely and effective scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Global Sales Director, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
- Track and manage expenses for the Global Sales Director, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Global Sales Director, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist in the coordination of functional events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in management support, with a strong background in calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent proficiency in English, with additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
