Action is seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our Buying Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and improving sourcing activities from Asia, Turkey, and Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential suppliers
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth order management
  • Traveling to suppliers and trade fairs to establish new contacts and manage existing relationships
  • Facilitating and coordinating factory evaluations and audits
  • Preparing and participating in buying trips with Buying teams
  • Managing the administrative aspect of sourcing, including data collection and verification

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Purchase, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Management, and over 3 years of experience in sourcing or purchasing, preferably in retail.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language.

Action is a fast-expanding international retailer with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
