Action is seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our Buying Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and procurement, with experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.

About the Role:

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new suppliers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring that all sourcing activities are aligned with Action's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new suppliers to meet Action's sourcing needs
  • Manage existing supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with Action's sourcing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sourcing operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Purchase, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Management
  • Over 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in retail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
