Job Title: Verkoopmedewerker "The Ordinary" Amsterdam

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Amsterdam Centrum. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Determine customer needs and suggest relevant products by listening to their needs and sharing product knowledge.
  • Ensure quality, customer service, and health and safety standards are met.
  • Adhere to the DECIEM experience and deliver unparalleled customer service, educating customers about beauty and skin care, DECIEM brands, and products.
  • Manage customer feedback and queries.
  • Assist in maintaining counter standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Be aware of and assist in maintaining DECIEM's merchandising concepts.
  • Ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained.
  • Conduct product refunds and address customer issues in a positive manner.
  • Build meaningful relationships with department managers and clients, maintaining high-standard communication.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Retail and luxury industry, preferably in the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
  • Comfortable engaging customers and applying products while providing consultations.
  • Ability to multitask while providing professional and outstanding customer service.
  • Desire to spread brand awareness.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
